In light of the recent advice from the UK government regarding the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to reassure everyone that we are making every effort to operate as close to normal as possible.
That said, the health and safety of both our staff and all of our customers is our first priority, and for this reason we have taken the decision to temporarily postpone any routine calibration and maintenance work.
We are still available for breakdown and callout work, however we will be offering this as a collection and delivery service. All equipment will be repaired in isolation at Coventry Scale Company, and then sanitised before returning it to you. Again, this is to keep everyone safe, and to make sure we can continue to support all of our customers, including those who will play a key role in supply chains over the coming weeks.
