Description
GesNet2 is the solution that Giropès Solutions offers for the automation and management of weighbridges in recycling plants.
It supports different installation structures: from the most basic one (only one working station) to complex installations of autonomous systems of weighing management.
The software offers a complete control of the weighing operations of vehicles. With GesNet2 the owners can register and process, in an efficient and quick way, the traffic of their weighbridges. It also allows having relevant information useful for the management departments, inventory control, and management of storage areas, statistical analysis, and more.
Decentralised System
It enables the control of the different installations with connection and access to data according to the user’s necessity: 3G, Ethernet, data server or cloud
Control of Access
It will allow you to manage the different devices of control such as: systems of control to access to the scale through barriers, vertical signalling, automatic recognition of license plates through the IP video cameras, proximity card readers, barcode card readers, the correct positioning of the vehicle on the scale, etc.

The different functions allow a complete automation of the installations.
Green Point
A recycling centre is used to separate all the company’s solid waste. There’s also a valorisation of the waste disposal.
Transmission of Data
This module allows the automatic transmission of weighing registers via report format (txt, xls, pdf) to electronic mail, FTP servers or directories.
- Automated sending to specific directory.
- It allows the transmission of data to third-party systems in the specified format. ( Check the available formats. Possibility to add others on special request)
- When registering the companies and sending them an electronic mail, the system is going to send automatically the copy of the ticket to notify the weighing which has been done.
Identification
Authentication system via radiofrequency cards, documents with barcodes or QR.
Digital Signature
At the moment when you finish the weighing, the system will oblige you to sign the ticket. With this module the configuration admits the electronic signature which will be included in the ticket in accordance with the
register. All signed tickets are stored in a directory of the computer or server.
System For Data Synchronisation
System in charge of synchronizing the data between two or more Gestruckt2 workstations or between the software Gestruck2 and the Ges2Web. It manages the traffic of entrances/exit of data in parallel, responsible for maintaining the same data in both parts. Display in browser (via the platform Ges2Web, on request)
Personalisation
Integration of the system ERP – It allows the integration with third-party ERP systems (it is necessary a preliminary study)
Development of the product of the display for the costumer – For other protocols not included as standard
